Cyber Security Attack Surface Management Report (worth £1,000)
If you’ve never been part of a peer group before, joining one can be a step into the unknown. We want to demystify that first step by clearly explaining what your first 12 months with a FILTER group will look like.
You will spend one full day per month with your group, facilitated by your Group Leader. These meetings will be hosted by you and your fellow members in turn, ideally at your own premises, to allow everyone to gain as much understanding about each other's business as possible.
The meetings provide the forum to share, explore and discuss the challenges faced by the members. It gives you the opportunity to get advice from your fellow members and at the same time to share your knowledge and experience. Imagine having all these non-competing business brains in the room at the same time! Everyone is committed to, not just their own progress, but also that of everyone in the group, helping each other make positive business decisions and avoid bad choices. You are not alone, and it's highly unlikely that your problems are unique.
The more you spend time together in an open, honest and confidential space the more valuable your group will become in helping you to grow as a person and as a business. There are no hidden agendas in a group, everyone just wants to support each other and make everyone successful - by whatever definition you use to measure success.
Most importantly, your fellow members will challenge you and hold you accountable in a supportive and positive way, helping you to do what you decide, keep your promises and flourish by doing so.
Each month you and your Group Leader meet for about an hour and half. Between you, you'll decide what the agenda for that meeting should be. What’s important to you, what do you need to share, what can you work through at the next group meeting?
Your Group Leader is an experienced business coach, but they can also mentor where appropriate and perhaps just listen if you need to unload! They are very adept at being ‘agony aunts’ if required.
These 121s are crucial, and where much of the growth happens. You can get to know each other in depth, meaning your Group Leader can add personal value within a trusted relationship. No subjects are off the table, whether professional or personal. Within a FILTER group the focus is on the ‘whole’ you: because of course personal pressures impact work and vice versa.
As part of your membership you will have at least four speaker workshops during the year, usually quarterly. In the first 12 months of a group the topics will most likely be pre-determined but after that we encourage our members to discuss what they want to see in the following year.
We have an extensive array of world class, trusted speakers and topics they deliver to our groups. Workshops usually take up the morning of your monthly meetings and last for approximately 3.5 hours. Workshops are specifically designed to be highly interactive: the more engaged the group and speaker is the more value they provide.
The speakers we bring to our groups are not trainers who have read a few books, plagiarised the content and then present the content back to you. Instead The speakers we put in front of you are the ones who have written the books! They are subject matter experts who have international reputations and have worked with many of the largest companies on the planet.
When they run a FILTER session their goal is to share knowledge and ideas that are a combination of research and years of practical hands-on experience. Their goal is to give you sufficient tools that you can take away with you, influence your decision making, and implement any ideas without the need for additional research or consultancy.
You'll find the respect goes both ways: we encourage members to ask good questions and dig into the topics and speakers are familiar with the approach. Many of them are on the conference keynotes circuit and enjoy the opportunity to engage fully with a room with only a dozen or so people!
We want to provide you with maximum value and mitigate initial concerns about cost or what you are going to get from this world of ‘peer groups’. So we are delighted to share our tailored ‘rewards’ programme of things that will make a genuine positive impact to your business. (Sorry, no perspex plaques with our logo on them!)
By adding these rewards to your first year's membership we believe that we are creating exceptional value which will make the decision feel less like a step into the unknown, because at least part of the value is known and is tangible.
How it works. At the end of every three months of your membership you can chose one of four rewards which will be delivered to you at a suitable mutual date. Thus rewards can be chosen in month 4, 7, 10 and 13 of your first year.
The rewards are detailed below:
Cyber Security Attack Surface Management Report (worth £1,000)
Leadership 360 Review (valued at £2,500)
Product Evaluation and Sales Team Review (worth £5,000)
Save £3,500 with a 25% discount on our annual Leadership Team Training Programme
FILTER membership is £850 + vat per month, with fees paid quarterly in advance.
This makes your first 12 months £10,200 + vat.
Our rewards have an average value of £12,000 + vat. You do the maths.
If for any reason either party decides that FILTER is not a good fit within the first 90 days, then the contract can be cancelled (by member or Group Leader) and FILTER will fully reimburse the member for that quarter's fees.
To cancel and claim this refund you must let us know by email or in writing before the 90th calendar day and you forego the option to receive any of our rewards.
We recognise that for entrepreneurs, start-ups and micro businesses the FILTER offering may require too high a level of commitment.
We have created a programme known as Enterprise FILTER with fewer meetings (bi-monthly rather than monthly) at an appropriately reduced fee.
If this would be a closer fit for your business at the moment please discuss with your closest Group Leader who will happily walk you through this programme.
Get in touch now for an informal discussion with your nearest Group Leader by completing our contact form. You have nothing to lose ... and everything to gain!
